Founded in 1910, Scudamore’s is Cambridge\’s premier punt tour and boat hire company. We are seeking lively, outgoing and aspirational people to promote and deliver our award‑winning punt tours of the College Backs. No punting, guiding or sales experience is necessary as full training is provided.
We’re open all year round and operate a rolling recruitment programme with regular training courses running each month and immediate start available.

What’s the package?
- Potential for £120‑240 per day, offering a combination of an hourly rate, fixed rate per tour and uncapped commission.
- You will also keep all your tips from customers.
- Our paid training course is the gold standard for punting operators in Cambridge. Ongoing mentoring is available from our dedicated training team.
- 28 days paid holiday (or pro‑rata equivalent for part‑time workers) per annum and pension contributions.

Hours of Work:
- Flexible working, with both full‑time and part‑time roles available. You are in charge of your work pattern and are free to work around other commitments.

- Prior experience of working in a customer‑facing role.
- Good availability to work on weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.

- You must be comfortable working around water and be able to swim to a good standard.
