We are seeking lively, outgoing and aspirational people to promote and deliver our award-winning punt tours of the College Backs. No punting, guiding or sales experience is necessary as full training is provided. Our paid training course is the gold standard for punting operators in Cambridge. Ongoing mentoring is available from our dedicated training team. 28 days paid holiday (or pro rata equivalent for part-time workers) per annum and pension contributions. Career opportunities and development: cross-departmental and management positions open on a yearly basis. Regular social events including parties and staff award nights. Based at premium Cambridge city-centre locations.

Hours of Work: Flexible working, with both full-time and part-time roles available. You are in charge of your work pattern and are free to work around other commitments.

Special demands of the role: You must be comfortable working around water and able to swim.

Please note that we may interview shortlisted candidates at the earliest opportunity and the vacancies may be filled at any time.
