Scube is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support a supply chain. This individual will lead day-to-day delivery activities, manage technology backlogs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of initiatives across business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain technology initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize technical backlogs in collaboration with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Drive sprint planning, delivery tracking, dependency management, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination across business, technology, data, and operations teams.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and status reporting.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Prepare and deliver stakeholder updates, steering committee materials, and executive communications.
- Support requirements gathering, scope management, and delivery planning.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation activities.
Required Experience
- 7+ years of project management experience, including technology-focused programs.
- Strong experience managing software development or technology delivery backlogs.
- Experience working within supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, planning, or operational technology environments.
- Proven ability to coordinate technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project governance practices.
- Strong understanding of project planning, dependency management, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
