Join a leading digital transformation program within a global banking organization! We’re seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Product Owner (not BA) who can drive the product vision and lead end-to-end CRM initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, CDD Onboarding, and Case Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision & roadmap, ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Prioritize and manage product backlog; balance business value, risk & delivery goals
  • Lead discovery workshops and GAP analysis for CRM implementations
  • Partner with business & tech teams to design CRM workflows and integrations
  • Develop and review user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
  • Provide expert functional guidance on Dynamics 365 CRM features and banking use cases

What You’ll Bring:

  • Certified Dynamics 365 Consultant with strong Product Owner mindset
  • 6–10 years of CRM experience, including at least 4–5 years in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Onboarding)
  • Deep understanding of banking business processes and CRM integration
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and agile delivery experience
  • Skilled in writing user stories, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
