We are seeking a hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise analytics solutions within a fast-paced, time-and-budget-constrained transformation program. This role is central to enabling actionable insights across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Travel & Expense domains, integrating SAP Datasphere and SAC with Azure Fabric and other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with end users and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Design and deliver interactive dashboards, reports, and planning models using SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Architect scalable and performant data models and semantic layers in SAP Datasphere.
- Ensure seamless integration with S/4HANA modules (Finance, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur) and Azure Fabric.
- Define and implement data pipelines across SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring data consistency and availability.
- Work closely with functional leads, data owners, and technical teams to align analytics solutions with business goals.
- Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Provide hands-on guidance in data ingestion, transformation, and governance within SAP Datasphere.
- Optimize performance, ensure data security, and maintain compliance across analytics platforms.
- Support project planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to data architecture and analytics delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere.
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, especially across Finance, Procurement, HCM, and Travel domains.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Fabric, data lakes, and cloud-native integration patterns.
- Expertise in data modeling, semantic layer design, and real-time data integration.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with end users, gather requirements, and deliver impactful reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with Ariba, SuccessFactors, and Concur data structures and reporting needs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments with tight deadlines and budget constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certified in SAC and/or Datasphere.
- Experience with Power BI, Azure Synapse, or other BI tools.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Prior experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
