Do you enjoy organising people, solving problems and making things happen? Maybe you've outgrown a purely administrative role and you're looking for your next challenge. You might already be the person everyone relies on to keep things organised, chase actions and spot when something doesn't quite add up. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, great organisational skills and a genuine interest in helping people. You don’t need to know everything on day one—we’ll teach you the systems, the reporting and the technical side of the role. What we’re really looking for is someone who’s curious, proactive and enjoys finding better ways of doing things. Every day is different, and you’ll have the opportunity to support projects that improve the experience of colleagues across the business. This is a fixed‑term 12‑month contract.

What does the role involve?

  • As People Operations Coordinator you’ll play an important role in delivering projects, improvements and change across the business.
  • You’ll help keep projects organised and moving forward, support colleagues through change, and work with managers to ensure new initiatives are introduced successfully.
  • No two days are the same, giving you the chance to develop new skills while making a real difference to the experience of our colleagues.
  • Supporting the launch of a new People process from planning through to implementation.
  • Helping create colleague communications that explain change in a simple, engaging way.
  • Monitoring how colleagues are engaging with our communications and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Pulling together information and simple reports to help us understand what’s working and where colleagues might need more support.
  • Working alongside managers across the business to keep projects moving.
  • Organising project actions and making sure nothing gets forgotten.
  • Supporting colleagues with practical questions during periods of change.
  • Finding better ways of doing things and suggesting improvements.

We’ll help you learn

You don’t need experience in everything below—we’ll support you to build these skills:

  • Our People systems
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Project coordination
  • Colleague communications

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and confident managing a variety of tasks in a fast‑moving environment:

  • Enjoys being organised and keeping things on track.
  • Communicates confidently with a wide range of people.
  • Naturally follows things through to completion.
  • Enjoys learning new skills and trying new ways of working.
  • Takes ownership and looks for solutions.
  • Can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Is excited by the opportunity to build a career in People Operations.

If you’re ready to move beyond a traditional administration role and want to build a career where you can make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. We don’t expect you to know everything from day one. What matters most is your attitude, your curiosity and your willingness to learn.

What’s in it for you?

  • 33 days holidays including bank holidays.
  • Employee benefits platform – access to high‑street discounts such as holiday, gym, cinema, e‑vouchers, cashback and more.
  • Colleague Discount.
  • Career progression.
  • Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Leave.
  • Access to our dedicated Employee Assistance Programme to give free advice and information on a range of topics.
  • Virtual GP – access to a GP service 24/7.
  • Salary finance scheme.
  • Pension Scheme.
  • Death in Service Life assurance.
