What’s the opportunity? As part of the Retail team, you’ll be based within our store in The Gallagher Retail Park in Coventry, welcoming customers and discussing our furniture offerings. This role involves working 20 hours per week over 3 days.
What does the role involve?
- Welcoming customers and helping them find the perfect furniture for their home
- Completing customer orders and processing finance applications accurately
- Achieving personal sales targets and KPIs
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience within the team
- Maintaining the showroom’s appearance through housekeeping, cleaning, and furniture arrangement
- Ensuring the showroom is a welcoming, safe environment for all
- Developing and maintaining product and service knowledge
- Performing other duties as required, consistent with the role
What’s in it for you?
- Hourly rate between £9.74 and £12.21, with a realistic OTE of £30K pro rata annually
- Average earnings of £800 - £1200 per month on top of base salary, with no earning cap
- Guaranteed commission of £400 pro rata per month for the first three months
