Looking for a part‑time role that works around your life – while offering excellent earning potential? As part of our Retail team you’ll welcome customers into our Preston store, help them choose the right furniture for their home and deliver a fantastic customer experience from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for people with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. Offering part‑time hours designed to fit around study, family life or other commitments, the role is for 24 hours per week across three days.

What does the role involve?

  • Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home.
  • Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications.
  • Work toward individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Work within the team to deliver a five‑star customer experience.
  • Ensure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when necessary.
  • Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them.
  • Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services.
  • Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role.
