Overview
We’re looking for a Deputy Manager to join our Retail Sales team in Leeds. As a ScS Deputy Manager, you are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving the performance and day to day operations of the store and leading in their absence.
You’ll work with our team to ensure they provide a 5 star customer journey and optimise KPI performance while maintaining high operational standards. You’ll also coach and support the team to deliver sales targets while helping customers create a home they love. The role can earn up to £40,000 with Commission.

What does the role involve?
- Lead by example and model ScS company values and behaviours to inspire the team.
- Continuously coach to develop and improve performance through regular reviews.
- Ensure expert product knowledge across the store team and hold regular training on products and services.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, management and development of the team.
- Drive performance and deliver targets and KPIs in line with the store business plan.
- Support colleagues with customer orders and finance applications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive growth through loyalty, referrals and 5-star reviews.
- Identify opportunities to optimise store operations and presentation.
- Ensure accountability for branch audits, banking and finance checks.
