Job Introduction
We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Adminstrator within the Consents & Engagement team.
The post holder will provide a range of administrative support for team functions and report to the Community Engagement Strategic Lead. The Senior Administrator will also support the Head of Consents and Engagement. The role is responsible for organising and co-ordinating activities across the core team and liaising with delivery units as required.
This person will manage and update database and document management systems, organise meetings, prepare materials, take and circulate minutes.
The role requires flexibility and attention to detail. The candidate will be expected to have strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite but there will be the opportunity to develop skills. Training will be given on other relevant systems.

Role Responsibility
- Administer and coordinate meetings, courses, conferences, workshops and briefings, taking minutes / notes when required
- Devise and maintain administrative processes and electronic filing systems
- Keep training log and project wide data up to date
- Update mailing lists
- Organise team events, including high level visits
- Act as a \βsuper-user\β for the Customer/Stakeholder Management database, coordinating and assisting with reporting as required. (Training will be provided).
- Manage updates to the team intranet
- Monitor and update induction packs as required.
- Manage postal delivery service accounts with suppliers
- Assist with periodic reporting
- Ad hoc duties as job requires
- Assist team members with admin tasks as required.

- Demonstrable administration experience
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong computer/data competence (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Able to build strong and productive working relationships across the project team
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to pull critical information from available data
- Be an enthusiastic and quick learner

- Experience of working on a major project, ideally construction or infrastructure (though not essential)

The Skanska | Costain | STRABAG (SCS JV) is delivering the HS2 London Tunnels Contract. Scope of works includes twin-bored tunnels (TBM), SCL tunnels, shaft sinking, bridge demolition and reconstruction, services diversions, earthworks and the construction of site compounds.
