SCS Railways is seeking a Change Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of a section of works, ensuring robust cost control, contract compliance and effective handling of compensation events and changes. You will work closely with project teams, clients and supply chain partners to ensure changes are captured, valued, substantiated and agreed in line with contract requirements.

The role focuses on forecasting, commercial reporting and proactive change administration.
