SCS Railways is seeking a Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing to lead the HSW function for the Shafts & Headhouses Delivery Unit on a major £1bn+ project in London. You will guide the HSW strategy, drive culture, and partner with the senior leadership team to maintain the highest safety standards on site.

You will manage a team of up to 10, collaborate with external stakeholders, and place emphasis on proactive risk control, training, and continuous improvement across design and construction.
