SCS Railways are seeking an experienced and driven Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager to lead and deliver our EDI strategy across a major infrastructure joint venture in London.

About the role

The role reports to our Head of Culture and Transformation and will work as part of the People and Communications team. This is an exciting role with responsibility for shaping an inclusive culture across three parent organisations, ensuring alignment while influencing at all levels of the business.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the credibility and confidence to build strong relationships, challenge constructively, and drive meaningful change in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Flexible working

The role will be office based a minimum of 3 days a week with offices in Euston and Willesden Junction. We encourage you to ask for additional flexibility you may need.
