A leading Gardening and Grounds Maintenance company, based in Wokingham, near Reading, seeks an experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to manage and maintain a wide range of outdoor spaces in East Berkshire, working both efficiently and to a high standard.
This is an autonomous role with clear individual responsibility and decision making.
You will be able to:

Liaise with customers to achieve positive outcomes.

Communicate with management on your plans and results achieved.

Use your horticultural knowledge to maintain all sites to the required standard

Identify and solve problems

Lead, train and empower your team assistant

Collaborate with other team members
A full driving licence is essential. PA1/PA6 certification and ride on experience are desirable
