Scrumconnect Consulting is looking for an experienced Lead Business Relationship Manager (Lead BRM) to act as a strategic partner between business functions and technology/service delivery teams. The role is responsible for building trusted stakeholder relationships, aligning business priorities with organisational capabilities, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring delivery of business value.

As Lead BRM, you will oversee a portfolio of business relationships, mentor BRMs, and influence investment decisions, roadmaps, and transformation programmes. You will act as the primary trusted advisor for senior business leaders, facilitate strategic planning and business capability assessments, and drive alignment of priorities with enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Partnership
    • Act as the primary trusted advisor for senior business leaders.
    • Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Translate business goals into actionable initiatives and technology-enabled solutions.
    • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and business capability assessments.

  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers.
    • Serve as the escalation point for business concerns and service-related issues.

  • Demand & Portfolio Management
    • Manage business demand intake and prioritize initiatives based on strategic value.
    • Partner with PMO, product teams, and leadership to maintain investment roadmaps.
    • Evaluate business cases, ROI, risks, and resource requirements.
