Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manual Tester to join our team working on a new CRM workstream. This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive manual testing on Dynamics 365 applications, including Model-Driven Apps and Power Apps.
- Work within an Agile delivery framework, using Azure DevOps to manage test cases, defects, and test cycles.
- Conduct detailed testing of Power Pages and other web portals to ensure they meet all functional and performance requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and delivery teams to understand requirements and provide actionable feedback.
- Document and communicate test results and defects clearly and concisely.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices, frameworks, and quality assurance processes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Manual Tester within an Agile environment.
- Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps for test case and defect management.
- Extensive experience testing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications (including Power Apps, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps).
- Solid understanding of web application and portal testing.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
