We are looking for a skilled User Researcher to lead and deliver user research activities through the Beta phase of product development. This role focuses on understanding user needs, generating actionable insights and ensuring that user‑centred design principles are embedded throughout the delivery life‑cycle. You will work closely with product, design and engineering teams to shape services based on real user feedback and evidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead user research activities throughout the Beta phase of delivery
- Identify and recruit relevant user groups aligned to target audiences
- Plan and conduct research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods
- Facilitate user sessions such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys
- Gather, analyse and synthesize user insights into clear, actionable outputs
- Communicate research findings effectively to cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
- Influence product decisions by advocating for user‑centred design
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and developers
- Ensure research activities align with Agile delivery practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of research methods and processes
