We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Developer with proven expertise in delivering services aligned with UK Government Digital Service (GDS) standards. You will play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling secure, accessible, and user -centric digital services for public sector or GDS -aligned environments.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Architect, design, and develop cloud -native applications using Java (Spring Boot) and AWS<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Build responsive, accessible Front End applications using React and GOV.UK Design System<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Deliver services aligned with GDS Service Standard and Technology Code of Practice<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Lead development across all phases: Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and performance standards<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and User Researchers in agile teams<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Integrate with GOV.UK platforms (Pay, Notify, One Login)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor team members<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ensure security, scalability, and resilience of applications<\/span>

- React/Angular/Vue.js<\/span>
