Responsibilities
- Run, manage, and continuously evolve AWS and secure on‑premise environments to ensure high availability
- Lead Level 3 (L3) production support, including non‑production maintenance and 24/7 on‑call support
- Ensure services comply with government security standards and change/release governance models
- Build and maintain infrastructure components including:
- Kafka event streaming
- Aurora, RDS, and Redis databases
- Identity management (Keycloak)
- Caching and secure data layers
- Deployments
- Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL‑aligned)
- Continuous service improvement
