Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will support end-to-end hiring activities, primarily focused on sourcing and hiring top technology talent across engineering and QA functions. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process while helping the organisation scale high-performing technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience hiring for technical roles in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels
  • Build strong talent pipelines for technical roles including:
    • Full Stack Developers
    • Frontend Developers
    • Backend Developers
    • QA Engineers
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including virtual, phone, and in-person interviews
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through interview coordination and offer support
  • Post and manage job advertisements across company websites, job boards, and social platforms
  • Screen resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates for hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Support onboarding activities for successful hires
  • Assist in organising recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities
  • Ensure recruitment processes remain compliant with company policies and GDPR standards
  • Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies, hiring processes, and candidate engagement

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, or related field
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Proven experience hiring for technical roles such as:
    • Full Stack Development
    • Frontend Development
    • Backend Development
    • QA/Testing
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking platforms
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced hiring environment
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment compliance standards
  • High attention to detail and strong coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment systems
