Experience
â Minimum 5+ years Workday Financials experience
â Experience delivering end-to-end Workday Financials implementations
â Exposure to Public Sector / Government / Regulatory bodies preferred
Core Responsibilities
â Lead implementation and optimisation of Workday Financials solutions
â Configure modules such as:
â General Ledger
â Accounts Payable / Receivable
â Procurement
â Expenses
â Projects / Grants (highly valuable in public sector)
â Conduct requirements gathering workshops
â Produce functional specifications and solution designs
â Support integration design and data migration
â Lead UAT, SIT, and deployment phases
â Provide strategic advice on financial transformation
Key Skills
â Strong knowledge of:
â Workday Financial Data Model
â Business Assets & Accounting Configuration
â Reporting & Prism (nice to have)
â Experience working with:
â Finance stakeholders (CFO teams, Controllers)
â Understanding of:
â Public sector finance structures (e.g., fund accounting, grants)
Certifications
â Workday Financials Certification (active or previously held)
