We are looking for a skilled User Researcher to lead and deliver user research activities through the Beta phase of product development. This role focuses on understanding user needs, generating actionable insights, and ensuring that user-centered design principles are embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.

You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to shape services based on real user feedback and evidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead user research activities throughout the Beta phase of delivery.
  • Identify and recruit relevant user groups aligned to target audiences.
  • Plan and conduct research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Facilitate user sessions such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
  • Gather, analyse, and synthesize user insights into clear, actionable outputs.
  • Communicate research findings effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Influence product decisions by advocating for user-centered design.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers.
  • Ensure research activities align with Agile delivery practices.
