The opportunity
Starting your HR career is a big step, and we want to make it a great one. We are looking for a curious, organised, and people‑focused HR Associate to join our People & Talent team. This is a hands‑on, varied role that will give you real exposure to the full breadth of HR, from onboarding and employee relations to payroll, compliance, and everything in between. You will be part of a collaborative team that genuinely invests in your development, and you will be given the opportunity to take ownership of your work from day one. What you will be doing?
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle—from a new joiner’s first day to their last
- Preparing and issuing contracts, offer letters, onboarding packs, and employment documentation
- Keeping employee records accurate, up to date, and GDPR‑compliant
- Coordinating induction programmes and onboarding activities for new joiners
- Tracking probation periods, performance reviews, and key HR milestones
- Managing the monthly payroll submission to the Finance team
- Handling employee queries with professionalism and care — being the friendly first point of contact for HR questions
- Supporting absence management, including sick leave and annual leave records
- Helping to organise internal events, training sessions, and engagement activities
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team during busy hiring periods
- Providing general administrative support across the HR function
What we are looking for
- A recent graduate (ideally from HR, Psychology or similar preferred, but all disciplines welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational instincts
- Clear and confident communicator, written and verbal
- Someone who handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Any previous exposure to HR, recruitment, or a people‑focused role is a welcome plus
