Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Backend Developer who is passionate about building scalable, reliable server-side applications. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world systems and grow their backend engineering skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams
- Debug, test, and optimize backend performance
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions
- Learn and apply best practices in security, scalability, and performance
Required Qualifications
