About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Graduate QA Tester to join our growing delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their QA career who is keen to learn modern testing practices and work on real-world digital services. You'll work closely with developers, business analysts, and senior QA engineers to help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of digital products, particularly within Agile delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and execution of manual test cases based on requirements and user stories
- Assist in functional, regression, and integration testing
- Log, track, and retest defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with developers to help reproduce and resolve issues
- Support UAT testing and validation of end-to-end user journeys
- Learn and contribute to test documentation and quality reporting
- Gain exposure to test automation tools and frameworks under guidance from senior testers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality and problem-solving
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and testing practices
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Basic knowledge of manual testing and test case design
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
- Awareness of automation testing concepts
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
