Role Overview: We are seeking a Part-Time Junior Office Assistant to support daily office operations, property-related coordination, and general administrative tasks in our Staines-upon-Thames location. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys administrative responsibilities, problem-solving, and supporting smooth daily business operations in both an office and property context. Applicants must be based locally in or around Staines-upon-Thames and have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Office & Administrative Support
- Provide daily administrative support to the operations team.
- Maintain organised digital and physical records, databases, documentation, and spreadsheets.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of reports.
- Assist with procurement and supplier coordination (quotes, purchase orders, etc.).
- Support office logistics including equipment, supplies, and onsite coordination.
- Property Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for tenant queries and maintenance needs.
- Assist with coordinating safety checks, inspections, and contractor visits.
- Support documentation and compliance processes (leases, certificates, etc.).
- Support rent tracking and budget expense monitoring.
Skills & Qualifications
- Recent graduate or early-career professional.
- Administration, Property, or similar fields (open to all backgrounds).
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
