Scrumconnect Consulting in the United Kingdom seeks a Lead OAT Tester to own operational readiness testing across complex systems, ensuring production readiness before go‑live. You will define the OAT strategy, supervise test execution, produce auditable evidence, and partner with delivery, infra, DevOps and support teams.

You will mentor junior testers, sign off on readiness, and drive improvements in monitoring, incident response, and change control within regulated environments.
