The HR Manager will oversee and drive all aspects of HR across the business, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, learning & development, and culture building. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership while hands-on in implementing HR practices that support growth and company values.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries; drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives; implement and manage performance management systems, including KPIs, regular performance reviews and development plans; handle employee relations issues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers; develop strategies to attract/retain top digital and tech talent; ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
- Policy, Compliance & Systems: ensure HR policies comply with UK employment law; oversee HR systems, contracts, and data compliance (GDPR); support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Learning & Development: identify training needs with leadership; introduce learning programmes aligned with individual growth and company goals.
- Compensation and Benefits: manage payroll and benefits programs to be competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Strategic HR Leadership: align HR strategies with business objectives; contribute to workforce planning and organisational development; foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- CIPD Level 5 (essential) or Level 7 (desirable).
- Proven HR generalist experience within the UK (7+ years).
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in a fast-growing or consultancy/tech environment desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, approachable, and solutions-focused mindset.

- Salary: Β£45,000 - Β£65,000 depending on experience.
