As a certified Workday AMS Partner, we’re expanding our
capability and client base in this space — and looking for a Business Development Executive
to help lead the charge.

We’re hiring a Business Development Executive to grow our Workday sales and AMS
services portfolio within the public sector. qualifying opportunities, supporting bid responses, and nurturing long-term relationships
about cloud technology and digital transformation in government.

Drive net new business across UK central and local government for Workday
implementation and AMS support services.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, market research,
referrals, and event networking.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Workday’s proposition, particularly in public
Track all sales activity through our CRM and provide regular forecasting and pipeline
4+ years’ experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a public sector
Understanding of cloud ERP systems like Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar (Workday
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with public sector clients.
50,000 base salary + up to £20,000 performance-based bonus.
