Scruffy Dog Creative Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Design Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in leading high-value, complex design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design consultancy, with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of the design project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project duration.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including designers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to deliver cohesive and innovative design solutions.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial parameters.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5–8 years in project management within the design consultancy industry, with a portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
