Scruffy Dog Creative Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Design Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in leading high-value, complex design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design consultancy, with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of the design project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project duration.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including designers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to deliver cohesive and innovative design solutions.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial parameters.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5–8 years in project management within the design consultancy industry, with a portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
