Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Manage health & safety compliance across all site activities
- Act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders on project progress
- Monitor programme, budget, and quality throughout the build process
- Mentor and support site management teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager, Site Manager, or similar senior site-based role
- Strong background in residential, high-rise, or fit-out construction projects
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations (SMSTS/CSCS required)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Right to work in the UK
