We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong fit-out experience to lead the delivery of a major project. The successful candidate will take full ownership of programme, budget, contractor coordination, and on-site execution, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and budgets
- Coordinate designers, technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee on-site works, installations, and quality control
- Manage procurement and contractor appointments
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and CDM regulations
- Act as primary client liaison and manage stakeholder communication
- Attend and lead site visits, progress meetings, and reporting
- Drive projects through to practical completion and handover
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within themed entertainment, attractions, immersive environments, or high-end fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Experience managing budgets and programmes for multi-million-pound projects
- Excellent contractor and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
- Ability to work in fast-paced, creative environments
- Willingness to travel and be site-based as required
