Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong AVLP (Audio, Video, Lighting and Projection) expertise to support the planning and delivery of projects from inception through to completion.
The successful candidate will coordinate technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AVLP projects, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors and technical specialists.
- Oversee AV, video, lighting and projection requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation and progress reports.
- Monitor project risks, issues and dependencies and implement appropriate solutions.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective project delivery.
- Coordinate procurement, installation and commissioning activities where required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant technical, quality and health and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within AV, events, entertainment, exhibitions or a similar technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of AVLP systems and their integration.
- Experience managing technical teams, suppliers and multiple project stakeholders.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules and delivery processes
