The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects from initial planning through to completion.

Working closely with Project Managers, Designers, Production, Procurement, Site and external suppliers, you will ensure information, actions, schedules and project documentation remain accurate, coordinated and on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring actions, deadlines and deliverables are clearly tracked.
  • Maintain project schedules, trackers, meeting records, action logs and project documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Arrange project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Monitor project milestones, deadlines, dependencies and potential delays, escalating issues where required.
  • Support Project Managers with project planning, reporting, forecasting and progress updates.
  • Assist with procurement activities, supplier coordination, quotations, purchase orders and delivery tracking.
  • Maintain accurate project information across internal systems and ensure document control procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate drawings, specifications, revisions and other project information between relevant teams.
  • Support production, logistics and site teams with timely information and documentation.
  • Assist with project cost tracking and ensure relevant approvals and records are maintained.
  • Help identify project risks, changes and resource requirements and ensure these are communicated appropriately.
  • Support project close-out, including documentation, handover information and lessons learned
