We are looking for a Marine Operations Engineer to help deliver inspection and cleaning operations using ScrubMarine’s robotic systems. This is a hands-on, field-facing role working across marine, ROV, and NDT environments, supporting real deployments, pilots, and customer projects.

You will work closely with engineering and operations to ensure systems are deployed safely, reliably, and efficiently, while feeding real-world learning back into product development.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running and supporting ROV deployments in marine environments
  • Collecting inspection and NDT data during field operations
  • Supporting vessel-based tests, pilots, and customer projects
  • Working closely with the engineering team to improve system reliability and operational workflows
  • Ensuring safe, efficient operations and documenting procedures and lessons learned

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in marine operations, ROV piloting, NDT (including UT), marine engineering, or similar roles
  • NDT Level 2 qualification preferred
  • Comfortable working outdoors and on or around vessels
  • Practical, hands-on problem solver with a strong safety mindset
  • Willingness to travel for field work as required
  • Someone who enjoys working in small, ambitious teams
