The Company

Scrubbing Squad is a children’s IP franchise built on a single idea: every child is a hero. We have built two original IP properties, Scrubbing Squad and Lobster Bob’s Scenic Tours, around 18 diverse characters, a phygital platform, and a mission that puts real‑world child outcomes above screen time. Every product we build actively drives children away from the screen and into the real world. That is not a feature. It is the point. We are pre‑revenue and moving fast. The brand and IP are complete. The app is in design. The merch store is launching. A capital raise is underway. This is the moment to join.

What We Are Looking For

We do not recruit passengers. We recruit elite talent who put mission over money. This is a startup. That means no corporate ladder, no hand‑hanging, and no “that is not my job.” It means fast decisions, fast pivots, and fast learning. If you love that, you will thrive here. If you need process, sign‑off chains, and a clearly defined lane, this is genuinely not the right fit.

Non‑Negotiables

  • We prioritise real‑world growth over screen time. If it does not create a real‑world outcome for a child, we do not build it.
  • Be better every day. We never settle for “good enough.” We relentlessly sharpen our tools to create world‑class, hero‑making experiences.
  • Mission before money. Children first; profit with purpose. We will reinvest 50% of our profits to ensure our mission reaches the children who need us most.
  • Unshakeable trust. We are open, accountable, and protect child privacy at the silicon level. We build the Safe Harbor that families and schools trust.
  • For every kind of hero. We build for every ability and every culture. Our Offline‑First approach ensures that no child is left behind by data poverty.

The Role: Content Marketing Founding Contributor

Commitment: 12 to 16 hours per week | Remote | Flexible

Ideal background: content production, social media, podcast or audio production, marketing operations.

You ship the content that builds the audience. Blogs, social, and podcasts across two children’s character universes. The copy, brand, and design are built. You take the raw assets and get them live, on brand and on cadence, week after week. This is a production and delivery role, and it is mission‑critical. Content only earns its traction if it goes out, correctly, on time, every time.

What you will own

  • Building blogs in Webflow from raw copy: images, links, formatting, error‑free
  • Scheduling 30+ social posts a week across both universes
  • Holding the publishing cadence so nothing slips
  • Weekly reporting on what shipped and what landed

You will understand the voice, respect the brand rules, and have the attention to detail that means a link is never broken and a post is never off brand. Show us content you have shipped, a schedule you have held, or audio you have produced. We hire for reliability and curiosity, not titles.

These are unpaid volunteer roles. Bluey was a pitch deck. Peppa Pig was a sketchbook. Every franchise that now fills a child’s bedroom started as nothing. You are reading this at the nothing stage. That is not a warning. That is the opportunity.

You will not be assisting. You will not be observing. You will be a founding contributor to an original children’s IP franchise at the moment it is being built. Your name, your work, and your creative fingerprint will be part of what this becomes. That is not a line we use to recruit. It is literally what is happening.

What being here actually means

  • Founding contributor credit on a live IP across two character universes
  • Real output. Work that ships to real audiences, not a portfolio exercise
  • Direct access to the founding team across every creative and strategic decision

2026 is our development and capital raise year. Over the next eight months: app design completes, the merch store launches, B2B partnerships are targeted with media slates, and investor outreach scales. As the business launches and capital is secured, we intend to convert strong founding contributors into paid roles. No pinky swears. Real performance, real opportunity. If you report for duty and you are elite, we will remember it.

Mission Starts Now. How to Apply.
