We are a small, professional cleaning business looking for a reliable and detail-focused cleaner to join our team. This role suits someone who is dependable, works well independently, and takes pride in doing a job properly.
Hours & Availability
- 12–15 hours per week initially (with opportunity to increase)
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Early start required – typically from 6:30am (Market Deeping)
- Typical finish around 12:30pm depending on the day
- Additional hours available as you become established in the role
The Role
- Domestic and small commercial cleaning
- Working to clear checklists and company standards
- Mostly independent work once trained
- Following structured systems and routines
- Live locally to both locations
Pay
- £13.00 per hour (regular cleaning)
- £13.40 per hour (deep cleans when scheduled)
- Paid hourly
- Monthly pay
What We’re Looking For
