Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Meta Paid Media Engineers to join our growing Paid Performance team. You will be responsible for building, optimising, and scaling Meta campaigns across Instagram and Facebook that drive tangible business results for our clients.
This is a flexible freelance or contract opportunity, ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, creative environments and want to collaborate with one of the UK’s leading influencer-led agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta campaigns across multiple verticals (e-commerce, tech, lifestyle, and beauty).
- Develop and implement data-driven optimisation strategies to improve ROAS and CPA.
- Build, test, and scale audiences, creatives, and funnels using advanced Meta tools.
- Collaborate closely with our Creative and Influencer teams to integrate paid and organic performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Ensure CAPI and pixel tracking are correctly configured for full-funnel attribution.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Meta ad accounts with significant monthly budgets.
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Conversion API, attribution, and campaign structures.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with creative testing, influencer amplification, and multi-funnel strategy is a plus.
