As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Chester.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes paid performance. We are looking for a commercially minded Performance Marketing Specialist with strong experience across Meta and TikTok, who can build, optimise, and scale campaigns that drive tangible results for clients. You will work across a range of exciting brands and sectors, collaborating closely with our strategy, creative, and influencer teams to ensure paid media is fully aligned with wider campaign performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning, launching, and managing paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok
  • Building and optimising campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion performance
  • Developing audience strategies, testing frameworks, and funnel structures based on campaign objectives
  • Scaling winning campaigns and identifying new growth opportunities across client accounts
  • Working closely with our Creative and Influencer teams to align paid activity with creator content and organic performance
  • Monitoring campaign performance daily and turning data into clear actions and recommendations
  • Ensuring pixel tracking, CAPI, and attribution are correctly configured and maintained
  • Staying up to date with platform updates, trends, and new opportunities across paid social

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta
  • Strong working knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager
  • Solid understanding of campaign structure, attribution, tracking, and performance optimisation
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to spot trends, solve problems, and improve results
  • Confident managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once
  • Agency experience or experience in a fast-paced performance environment is a plus
  • Experience with influencer amplification, creative testing, and multi-touch funnels is a bonus
