We work with ambitious global brands including Anker Innovations, The Botanist, Waldencast, Uneekor, and Tineco, blending influencer marketing, creativity, paid media, and social strategy to drive real business growth across every platform.

This is a key strategic role within the business, ideal for someone who is both creative and commercially aware. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and paid media, whose main focus will be building standout campaign strategies and high-impact proposals for clients and prospects.

You will be responsible for shaping campaign thinking from the ground up, developing the creative direction, strategic framework, channel approach, deliverables, and budget structure behind our pitches and client proposals. This role is perfect for someone who understands not just what looks good on social, but what actually works.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building strategic influencer and social media proposals for new and existing clients
  • Creating campaign concepts that are culturally relevant, platform-native, and commercially strong
  • Developing full campaign strategies across influencer marketing, organic social, and paid media
  • Translating client objectives into clear plans, creative routes, deliverables, and budget recommendations
  • Working on creative planning, campaign structure, and channel mix across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta
  • Supporting the development of pitch decks, proposal documents, and strategic narrative
  • Collaborating closely with internal sales, creative, influencer, and paid media teams
  • Researching trends, platform shifts, creator behaviour, and competitor activity to strengthen strategic thinking
  • Recommending budget splits across creator spend, paid amplification, content production, and management fees
  • Helping ensure our proposals feel exciting, commercially sharp, and built to win

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or campaign planning
  • A solid understanding of how paid media supports and amplifies influencer and social campaigns
  • Strong commercial awareness, with confidence around budget planning and proposal building
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically
  • Strong understanding of what performs across key social platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Meta
  • Confidence writing clear strategic rationale and presenting campaign ideas in a compelling way
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with delivery
  • Experience working in an agency environment is highly preferred

The Kind of Person Who’ll Thrive Here

  • Creative, switched-on, and full of ideas
  • Strategic and commercially minded
  • Confident turning conversations into compelling campaign plans
  • Naturally in tune with social trends, creators, and culture
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
  • Excited by the idea of helping shape winning strategies for major brands

What You’ll Get

  • £30,000 to £35,000 salary
  • Full-time, head office based role in Chester
  • The opportunity to work with globally recognised brands
  • A creative and ambitious team environment
  • Real ownership and progression opportunities
  • The chance to help shape paid performance within a fast-growing agency
