This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to support our Optical Professional Services Department with their logistical and administrative needs. The successful candidate will fulfil this varied role with key responsibilities including supporting the professional services team with administration and data management in all aspects of their work. This position will involve the administration of NHS contracts, professional registrations, new starters and training, as well as liaising with applicants and students in optical roles.
The successful applicant will be an organised self-starter, who is IT proficient and eager to learn. The role is office based, Monday to Friday, in Birmingham. Previous optical experience is not required for this role, however the successful applicant will:
- Be an experienced administrator.
- Have experience working with a range of Microsoft packages including Excel.

With a Head Office in Birmingham and a local manufacturing facility, we support over 166 retail branches across England, Scotland and Wales. This is an expanding family owned business, which has maintained a presence in the city since 1938.
