Trainee Hearing Care Assistant – Mobile North London — Full Time
This fully mobile role covers 5 locations across North London. Scrivens Hearing Care is expanding its team in response to growing demand for NHS Hearing Services. You will receive structured, on-the-job training to develop essential clinical skills, support Audiologists, and help customers get the most from their hearing aids. No previous experience is required—just a genuine interest in helping others and a positive, proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in getting the best performance from their hearing aids and provide ongoing support
- Learn and develop key clinical skills through hands-on training and guidance from experienced Audiologists
- Work alongside Audiologists to deliver high-quality, patient-focused hearing care
- Offer expert advice, clear communication, and a compassionate approach to all customers
- Travel between locations to provide care and services, ensuring consistency and accessibility for all patients
