Overview
If you are looking to develop a career in hearing, Scrivens Hearing Care is an excellent place to start. We have several opportunities in our new hearing centre in central Exeter.
Role and Responsibilities
- As a busy Hearing Clinic Coordinator you will spend your time helping NHS and private hearing customers in the store.
- In addition to some clerical and computer duties, you will help provide a calm, organised front-of-house service in order to manage customers attending both drop-in hearing aid repair clinics as well as a range of other hearing-related appointments we offer.
- As part of a small team you will help maximise the number of people we can assist in our goal to help more people hear better.
- You will also have the opportunity, with training, to offer advice on hearing assistive devices.
