Are you a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist looking for a role where your skills will genuinely be in demand? Scrivens Hearing Care is one of the UK's largest and most established hearing and optical healthcare providers, operating across a national network of branches and medical centres. In Sussex, we are experiencing significant growth across our medical centre operations, and we are looking for experienced, motivated Hearing Aid Audiologists to join us.
Why Scrivens? We are both a busy NHS‑contracted provider and a growing private hearing care service. That means you will be working with a substantial, active patient base from day one, with real variety in your clinical workload, conducting NHS and Private hearing assessments and fittings and managing ongoing patient care. This is not a standalone role. You will be part of a wider audiology team, supported by experienced area management and a clinical framework that values consultation quality, patient outcomes, and professional development. We have strong relationships with the medical centre practices we operate within, and those relationships are continuing to grow. The demand for our services in Sussex is significant and increasing. We are looking for audiologists who want to be part of building something, not just filling a vacancy.
This role is based across our medical centres in Hailsham and Eastbourne, two towns at the heart of East Sussex with a combined patient population that generates consistent, high‑volume demand for hearing services. Eastbourne is one of the South East's most established coastal towns, with a large and settled population and strong community ties to local healthcare. Hailsham, a thriving market town in the Wealden district, is a growing community with excellent access across the surrounding area. Together, these locations offer a varied and rewarding clinical environment, with strong GP relationships already in place and significant scope for further service development. If you are looking for stability, variety, and a genuine opportunity to grow your impact, this is a strong base from which to do it.
What we are looking for:
- HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Audiologist
- Experienced in conducting full audiological assessments and hearing aid fittings
- Comfortable working across both NHS and private pathways
- Strong interpersonal and consultation skills
- Able to work independently and manage your own clinic effectively
