Are you a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist looking for a role where your skills will genuinely be in demand? Scrivens Hearing Care is one of the UK's largest and most established hearing and optical healthcare providers, operating across a national network of branches and medical centres. In Sussex, we are experiencing significant growth across our medical centre operations, and we are looking for experienced, motivated Hearing Aid Audiologists to join us.

Why Scrivens

We are both a busy NHS‑contracted provider and a growing private hearing care service. That means you will be working with a substantial, active patient base from day one, with real variety in your clinical workload, conducting NHS and private hearing assessments and fittings and managing ongoing patient care. This is not a standalone role. You will be part of a wider audiology team, supported by experienced area management and a clinical framework that values consultation quality, patient outcomes, and professional development. We have strong relationships with the medical centre practices we operate within, and those relationships are continuing to grow.

The demand for our services in Sussex is significant and increasing. We are looking for audiologists who want to be part of building something, not just filling a vacancy.

West Sussex

This role covers our medical centre locations across West Sussex, a county that combines a large and varied population with a well‑developed community healthcare infrastructure. West Sussex offers an excellent working environment for an audiologist. From the coastal city of Hove and the busy market town of Pulborough to the commuter towns of Burgess Hill, it is a county of real geographic and demographic variety, and one where accessible, high‑quality hearing care is in consistent and growing demand. Scrivens has an active presence across West Sussex, and we are expanding our medical centre hearing services to meet the increasing need we are seeing across the area.

If you are looking for a role with a strong patient base, excellent GP relationships already in place, and the backing of a national provider committed to growing its presence in the region, West Sussex is a compelling place to build your career.

What we are looking for

  • HCPC‑registered Hearing Aid Audiologist
  • Experienced in conducting full audiological assessments and hearing aid fittings
  • Comfortable working across both NHS and private pathways
  • Strong interpersonal and consultation skills
  • Able to work independently and manage your own clinic effectively
