In this fully mobile role, you will receive structured, on-the-job training to develop essential clinical skills, support Audiologists, and help customers get the most from their hearing aids. No previous experience is required – just a genuine interest in helping others and a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in getting the best performance from their hearing aids and provide ongoing support.
  • Learn and develop key clinical skills through hands-on training and guidance from experienced Audiologists.
  • Work alongside Audiologists to deliver high-quality, patient-focused hearing care.
  • Offer expert advice, clear communication, and a compassionate approach to all customers.
  • Travel between locations to provide care and services, ensuring consistency and accessibility for all patients.
