Scrivens Hearing Care is expanding its team in response to growing demand for NHS Hearing Services. We are offering opportunities for Trainee Hearing Care Assistants across the company. In this fully mobile role, you will receive structured, on-the-job training to develop essential clinical skills, support Audiologists, and help customers get the most from their hearing aids. No previous experience is required – just a genuine interest in helping others and a positive, proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in getting the best performance from their hearing aids and provide ongoing support.
- Learn and develop key clinical skills through hands-on training and guidance from experienced Audiologists.
- Work alongside Audiologists to deliver high-quality, patient-focused hearing care.
- Offer expert advice, clear communication, and a compassionate approach to all customers.
- Travel between locations to provide care and services, ensuring consistency and accessibility for all patients.
