This is an exciting opportunity to join an IT team who have successfully developed high quality systems to support all aspects of its optical and hearing business including our stores, manufacturing facility and head office. The successful candidate will be providing frontline telephone support for all functions of our branch premises: answering, logging and resolving calls and escalating more complex or serious problems to other IT personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Have prior help desk experience of minimum 1 year.
- Be IT competent.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
The Business: We are a nationally based opticians and hearing care business. With a Head Office in Birmingham and a local manufacturing facility, we support over 166 retail branches across England, Scotland and Wales. This is a family owned business, which has maintained a presence in the city since 1938, and we are expanding.
