About The Role

As a Contact Lens Optician at Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care, you will have the opportunity to provide tailored contact lens solutions to meet each customer’s unique needs. Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to deliver excellent customer service and care
  • Use your expertise to recommend and fit the most appropriate contact lenses and solutions for individual customers
  • Maintain high clinical and technical standards in all aspects of contact lens fitting and aftercare
  • Participate in ongoing Continuing Education and Training (CET) to stay up to date with industry advancements
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty through excellent service
  • Work across multiple branches as required, gaining varied and rewarding experiences
