As an Ear Wax Removal Technician at Scrivens, youll deliver essential hearing care services by performing safe and effective ear wax removal procedures.

Youll help improve our customers hearing health and overall comfort, making a direct and meaningful impact on their lives.

We provide full training in microsuction and irrigation techniques, making this an ideal role for someone with a caring nature and a desire to develop in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities
Conduct ear health assessments and remove ear wax using safe, approved methods (e. g., microsuction or irrigation)
Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to BSA and company guidelines
Educate customers on ear care and provide aftercare support
Liaise with Branch Managers, Hearing Aid Audiologists and Hearing Care Assistants to ensure continuity of care
Work across multiple branches as required, delivering community-based hearing support
Uphold infection control standards and clinical best practices
