Are you a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist looking for a role where your skills will genuinely be in demand? Scrivens Hearing Care is one of the UK's largest and most established hearing and optical healthcare providers, operating across a national network of branches and medical centres. In Sussex, we are experiencing significant growth across our medical centre operations, and we are looking for experienced, motivated Hearing Aid Audiologists to join us.
We are both a busy NHS-contracted provider and a growing private hearing care service. That means you will be working with a substantial, active patient base from day one, with real variety in your clinical workload, conducting NHS and Private hearing assessments and fittings and managing ongoing patient care.
This is not a standalone role. You will be part of a wider audiology team, supported by experienced area management and a clinical framework that values consultation quality, patient outcomes, and professional development. We have strong relationships with the medical centre practices we operate within, and those relationships are continuing to grow.
The demand for our services in Sussex is significant and increasing. We are looking for audiologists who want to be part of building something, not just filling a vacancy.
This role covers our medical centre locations across North East Sussex, a distinctive part of the county that includes both the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a number of well-connected commuter and market towns. The area has a strong and growing community healthcare infrastructure, with a patient population that includes both long-established local residents and newer families drawn by the quality of life the area offers. Demand for accessible, community-based hearing services here is high, and Scrivens is positioned to meet it. This is an area where your presence and your skills will have a direct and visible impact.
What we are looking for:
- HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Audiologist
- Experienced in conducting full audiological assessments and hearing aid fittings
- Comfortable working across both NHS and private pathways
- Strong interpersonal and consultation skills
- Able to work independently and manage your own clinic effectively
